Cancellation Policy and Cancellation Form for Consumers

"Consumer" within the meaning of this cancellation policy is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without stating reasons.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, take(s) possession of the last goods.

Consequences of Cancellation

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for the examination of their nature, properties, and functionality.

Notes on the Return of Goods

• The following modalities mentioned in this section are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation.
• Please do not send the goods back to us without postage.
• Send the goods back to the specified return address as a prepaid package and keep the proof of dispatch.

• Avoid damaging or soiling the goods.
• If possible, return the goods in their original packaging and outer packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If the original packaging or outer packaging is no longer in your possession, use another suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage and to avoid any claims for damages due to inadequate packaging.
