Shipping
We ship worldwide. The shipping costs can be taken from the table below.For orders over 100€ we ship free of charge within the European Union (EU).
For non-EU customers, additional customs duties and other charges may apply at the local customs authorities, which are to be borne by the buyer.
After receipt of order (or after receipt of money by bank transfer) we need about 1-3 days until your order is processed. As soon as your order is ready to be shipped and you receive your shipping confirmation by e-mail, you can expect the indicated delivery times.

Returns
You can return or exchange unworn items within 14 days.
For hygienic reasons, swimwear or underwear is not returnable or exchangeable.
We do not cover the costs for the return shipment. In the case of a complete return, we will refund you not only the purchase price but also the original outbound shipping costs that were incurred for shipping to you.
The item must not be damaged and must not show any signs of use, dirt (make-up, dust, hair, deodorant, smoke, etc.) or signs that it has been washed. All labels must be present.
Please pack the item in its original packaging and include the return label completed with order number, item description and your name. Our return address is indicated on the return label. You can find the order number and item description in your customer account.
Please sufficiently stamp the return shipment, otherwise we will be charged a fee, which we will have to deduct from the refund amount.
